Composition
You found a nice subject, something different. Makes we want to look closer to find out what it is. With this subject and background, following the 'rule of thirds' might have been better, instead of a centred composition.

Camera Work
I assume this was taken handheld? It appears a bit fuzzy. Opening the aperture down one step could have helped.

Processing
Some extra sharpening would have helped.

Looking at your other challenge entries, I can say you have a keen eye. Keep shooting, keep experimenting and enjoy your ride at dpchallenge!

Wonderful shot with superb composition, but there's a very strange filtered effect I don't like at all. Shame, as otherwise it's one of the better drummer photos I've come across.
