My first impressions: Very powerful shot. Lots of rage and action charged in the frame. Technically a beautiful photo. As I explored the rest of your image I then noticed the somewhat playful looking children on the left side which I must say I almost missed because they look like rocks or dock poles.

I guess the overall conflict I have is that the waves have this disastrous and powerful look, especially in dark B&W, while the playful children, i feel, take away from that sense of danger and seriousness. What looked like a raging storm suddenly changed into "splashy fun for the kids" situation. Still, I like this shot very much. 7 - just bumped you up to 8.

Very dreamy wide look... I'm not too sure i'm a fan of the horse in the background it's a little distracting but that a minor issue its a wonderful image.

Interesting composition/processing. I like it overall. Nitpicks? I dont like how the top side of the train isn't aligned with the upper edge of frame. Also i would have probably pushed up sharpening slightly. Especially in the dude in the window. 8
