How sad. Nice capture, nice capture of her tears reflecting the ambient light. Good composition. Choice to go B&W is perfect, helps keep the focus on her emotion. Color would have detracted from the emotion. This is well done.
(Hope her tears were just veeery temporary.) I'll give this a 9, it speaks to the viewer...

Funny, I gave it a five second look focusing on the pearl necklace and missed the high lighted part initially; then my brain kicked in to go back and have a second longer look. I now see the detail... higher score :)
I have to say the lighting is keen on what you are conveying.

I'm not a big flower person, but this image caught my eye with your framing technique of defocusing the outside of the frame. This is nicely done. Flower is nicely focused inside the frame and the colors are wonderful. Nice work.
