Predatorby bobonacusComment: Nice capture, but too centered. I think these shots are more "pleasing" to the eye when you use the rule of thirds and to have the subject/bird fly into the frame instead of being centered. The bird is nice and crisp, nicely focused, nice spread of the wings. |

MERLINby remboComment: Nice portrait. I think it would have been better to shift the crop to the right a little. |

The doors to the hidden pastby quiet_observationComment: I like the symmetry of the lines in this shot. However, the lighting is "off balance" if you will. The right side is a bit over exposed. Also a detractor is the crop; the symmetry is the draw to the image, but the image is tilted slightly toward the left. I think the tilt caused the curved lines to not meet in the top corners. The arch is cut off on the left side. For me, this was almost a perfect shot/study in symmetry. |

bride with her thoughtsby photokariangelComment: If it wasn't for the title, I wouldn't have figured out the person was a bride. From this viewer's perspective, it seems like your concept is the bride in "deep thought"...? But the composition doesn't focus on her. Yes, the stairs lead to her, but she is such a small part of the image. The image/composition doesn't seem to work in what you are trying to convey. Just my honest critique. |

It Don't Get Much Better Than This...by tryals15Comment: I don't rate based on titles, but I don't think your title works. If the bike was in a "cooler" setting maybe, but on the top of a parking structure...? A different title would have been better or a different setting. IMHO. |

Caught In The Sunlightby MilesWComment: It's a nice capture of the bird in flight, but it's too "centered". It seems to have a bit of noise too. |

zoom-zoomby arron_christensenComment: Its a nice shot showing motion. The car is nice and crisp. I think it would have worked better if you had composed the car going into the frame, as opposed to driving out of the frame. just my opinion though. |

Unknown Maybe....But Never Forgotten....by Ja-9Comment: I like the shot, it has nice DOF. However, the front grave stone should have been more in focus. The out of focus front grave stone and flag will probably bring down your score, otherwise this was a nice composition, nice shot. Good luck. |

Alaska Morningby CJinCAComment: It's picturesque, but it looks overly processed and over saturated. It seems to have a lot of noise too. I think if it wasn't as processed (maybe that caused the noise?), it may have worked better. The picture and composition is nice though. |

Together Amid the Noise and Confusionby ColeyComment: Awesome shot/image. From an amateur's viewpoint (me), this image inspires me... I like the desaturation of the image except for the subject couple. Great technique in long exposure to convey that the "rest of the world is moving on" but "time is standing still for the love birds." Composition and technique is right on to create the concept that the couple are in their own little world...at least that's what I get from it. Has to be a top ten... |
