Alone in lavalandby runarComment: I like this, but I think she's too close to the corner. the real desolation is in her face and in the dry brush on the left. lowering the frame a little would help. |

Watching For Daddyby karmatComment: This is all in the pose; I like the crop at the bottom where you can see the boy's leg. He's clearly trying to climb up on the windowsill in his eagerness to see outside. I remember doing the same thing myself :) |

Innocence Capturedby channeledComment: This is cute; the color and the very clear/real paint on the window frame make it a little more realistic than some of the other kids in window pictures. The reflection of the thermometer is unfortunate, distracting slightly from the frustrated expression on the child's face. |

Out of Paint by barahooComment: One of my favorite things about this is the blue sky. I can just picture the paint can in the grass outside the house on a clear day, and the satisfaction of seeing the freshly painted trim. (if it's interior paint and a blue ceiling, never mind ;)) |
