Aloneby MAKComment: Very very nice. Your photo evokes fear really well.I don't think there is much fear in this Poe's poem, but this feeling is very present in his overall work, so it doesn't bother me much. The lighting is excellent. The only thing I would improve is the background: the fabric wrinkles are a bit disturbing. |

Eleonoraby neenee1999Comment: Very nice portrait, I like the soft focus, I think it works well here. The only thing it lacks imho is a bigger connection with Eleonora's story, such as a couple of lovers going away in the background, or something that would give more context, specific to Poe's story. Very good job nonetheless! |

Aloneby skarpi_xxxComment: Beautiful scenery, it is an amazing photo. The tones and movements really makes it, especially with the very stoic silhouette in the middle of the elements. Great one, I just love it. |

Dreamland - Edgar Allan Poe by JudiComment: Wow, now that's impressive. I really like it, the composition, scenery, atmosphere, are all fantastic. The one thing I don't like is the sky, especially the part on the left (it's very bright, when compared to other portions of the sky). The main subject's shadow is probably a bit too hard: the ambient light would be quite diffused here, with all the fog and clouds. A fantastic job anyway! |

"The Black Cat"by blueblossom11Comment: Black subjects are always had to photograph, due to their... well, lack of color :) Many details are lost here, and since the photo is not very sharp neither, one would just say "another cat photo" and leave it. My suggestion to improve that kind of photo is to use a light source from one side. This way, the texture will produce small shadows, and will be much more visible. |

A Drink For Twoby sjhulsComment: I believe this is worth much more than that. One can get fooled so easily if not looking closely, you really did a great job with the mirror! |

The Same Wavelengthby jagarComment: Great take on the challenge, and I love the title. As always, I love your B&W conversions, the contrast really adds to the scene, very clever. Great work. |
