Wow, I think the idea was to achieve this in camera through exposure and lighting not through pumping the blacks in post. Sorry but the compression artifacts are just too harsh.

Not enough light was used to create a high key. Her skin tones are actually darker than normal. You should have used frontal lighting instead of top.
