Sanskritby JutildaComment: Ever hear that saying about giving monkeys typewriters and how long it would take to write a novel? Don't get insulted, k. But I wonder how long it would take to get something legible from ramdom lights shot on a sensor while moving down the road at 60mph. I almost see grigirgirl. It reads gri gri gri gri grigrigirl...almost :) |

Cagedby JutildaComment: Her past owners probably used the flash to much when they took her picture. Hope she finds a home soon.
I love how this disproves that the eye is drawn to the lightest area. Those eyes are barely there and yet I can't keep from staring at them. I have to pull back to even see the rest of the picture. |

mellowby nixterComment: a penny for your note.
So faded it looks tired which fits the mood perfectly. More laid back than tired. |

by jmritzComment: Great. Time for my morning therapy.
What we have hear is the classic mother daughter relationship. The mom is boxed in and in shadows. Confined to the doorway, she might be to afraid to venture out anymore. So let's say this means her life is ebbing.
The daughter though. Look at her. Walking out into all that light. She's going away into the bright world to have some fun. Yet she still lingers and listens to her mom. Her head is cocked so she can hear every word that wise woman says. Her facial expression is interesting. Ear cocked, eyebrows raised and talking. Is there something that makes her doubtful? |

by jmritzComment: OK. I thought that was Betty Boop when I looked at the thumbnail! honest.
But now that I opened it, well it's obviously about marriage(I didn't read the explanation you provided to banmorn, because that was just something about a photographer saying how the exposure was done, not what the picture is, which can only be interpreted by the viewer)
Anyway, back to the picture. The wife is dominant and has the husband is on a leash. But we can see he's straining against that with all his might. They are tied together by their words, demonstrated by the leash in his mouth intersecting her mouth.
Brilliant photo. |

Happy Mealby JutildaComment: It's that time of year for them to swarm around here. I wonder if the braille dots say, "danger! bees!" |
