To abstract. It may sound like a facile comment, but the image is just too far away from the notion of a cave, and though well composed doesn't stand on it's own here. You should consider a curves adjustment because the exposure is off as well - underexposed bush and overexposed door frame.

I think that the image is too stark and in some ways agressive. In a motivational sense, I'm not sure that your concept works.

Too abstract for me. The cutoff between lit and dark areas is a little severe, so much so that you seem to have some blown out highlights.

This just isn't clear enough to me, and certainly isn't motivational. The image works well, but not in this context.

A little to facile, though it does work. A motivational poster should not be too abstract, but should challenge you nonetheless.

I believe that you are using the lighthouse to communicate a notion of guidance, so why not take the shot at night when it's working? It would also have worked better if composed as a poster, but tyou probably missed the rules update.

Great timing and composition. The text could be a little clearer though.

The photo is good, but the concept doesn't work very well for me. I also hate to be a stickler, but there should be a period/full-stop after 'day'. The pink framing is a bit unsettling as well, and hurts this image.

This isn't exposed very well, though you chose a great subject. A closer crop to remove all the distracting woodwork may have worked even better.

It isn't really clear what this image is. In a motivational poster, the image needs to stand on it's own. It's also a pity you didn't have an opportunity to add text to this when the rules were amended.
