Hearts & Starsby HighDesertCowgalComment: It seems like the dirt or stone on the left edge of the shot is in focus instead of the flowers. As it is they don't pop and the shot doesn't look quite right to me. |

From a concrete fieldby dali_lama_2kComment: The shot doesn't look quite right to me. I think the contrast between the buds in shadow and the pink petals is too jarring. I feel like the pink flower behind the shadowed buds should be the focal point, but that it is blocked and interrupted. |

Spring is looking upby NeVeRynComment: Cool shot. I really wish there was more direct light on the pink petals. I love the lighting on the second one from the left, though mainly just the white petals, and to a lesser extent the lower half. |

Among the bluebellsby markwileyComment: Somehow the shot doesn't seems to pop for me. Maybe if the tulip occupied a larger proportion of the frame I would like the balance better. Also, it seems like the bluebells are between a balance of "a sea of flowers" and "a manageable few in the shot" and to me end up making the shot just seem too busy. |

Tulipby evanescenteComment: Great shot. I liked it significantly better on a second look. The leaves shooting up oof are great, and the color of your subject pops. I would have maybe tried running it through a sharpening filter. |

Whiteby kellyoComment: Nice! My eye keeps looking for a brighter highlight that you might have gotten by cranking up the contrast. As it is, my eye can't find a focal point to rest on on this otherwise great shot. |

Cam O'Flageby GinaRothfelsComment: I love your subject! I think this would have really popped with a deeper dof, or with the focus range pushed just a little bit further away. The oof center of the flower detracts for me. |

defensive postureby BrennanOBComment: Since you went with the really tight crop, I would have cropped more off the bottom. That said, great subject and shot! |
