Summer Nightsby JamesKWComment: nice silhouetting, if not a bit on the dark side. Hard to see what action is actually going on on the dock (fishing?). With a bit of color correction, this could have easily been made to look like the moon, but the warmth of the red makes this feel like a sunset, not a night scene. |

At Workby Jon_HComment: one of the few close up bee photos where composition seems deliberate. colors are wonderful, I like the breathing room up top, and the contrast of the bee. my only negative is that I'd like the image to be a hair sharper. |

the image feels a bit out of focus. colors are nice, especially the translucent wings being darker. |

DOF & Focus seem good. I'm finding it hard to look at the image though because the little flecks of red and green in the honey make me think of vomit. I won't vote you down for that, it's my own neurosis. |

Mmmmm! Lavender, My Favoriteby seethroughmylensComment: everything seems to be fine, composition, lighting, exposure, but something feels a bit off to me. It seems to be a bit hyper-sharp in places (specifically the flower/stem) which keeps pulling my eyes away. |
