.......is peaceful and quiteby StagoleeComment: Lovely color, beautiful reflection... I like the composition, too, the way the pier guides your eye out to the geese in the water. I'm a coastal girl, so this speaks to me quite a lot. The only critique I have is that personally, I'd rather see the top parts of the pier and the posts to be more silhouetted where the sun isn't shining off of them. In other words, I'd like it better if the almost-blacks were blacks. |

I Love Lens Flareby ElemmennopeComment: I love the sense of perspective in this shot. The lines really add to that, giving it a cool abstract feel that would've been (in my opinion -- sorry!) enhanced by not having the lens flare. But I can dig the lens flare, too. ;)

Siloby TooCoolComment: I like this a lot. The composition is very simple, but its simplicity has a classicness to it. |

Thrustby aznymComment: Ooh, nice. I like the grittiness and grain of this shot quite a lot. It gives it a timeless, photojournalistic sort of a feel. |

For Saleby LN13Comment: I think this image would be stronger if it was taken from in front of the wall/railing in the foreground. Even walking up to the railing and shooting over it would probably work better than the current composition. |
