Nature impressionismby armando_mComment: has a very "other worldly" feel to it. I love the sense of familiarity while also feeling like I'm seeing something very alien and foreign.

The waitby mqnaufalComment: timeless. there's so much *right* with this picture, from the framing, focus, tone....
easily a 10 and a favorite.
this is the sort of image that, to me, people would buy prints to decorate with.
there is no face, so no "must be someone I know to connect with", and the sense of hope and reunion, coupled with the bit of a puddle (rainy day is done, lets look to the oncoming future) ...well, as I said, there's so much *right* that I'm sure I would bore people reading this with my words when they can just glance up and take it all in on their own. |

HOO are you looking at?by EnlightenedComment: yet Another cute fuzzy(ish) animal that made me burst out with a chuckle while voting at work, this one about 4 images after the fuzzy bunny sticking out it's tongue....my colleagues aren't asking what I'm looking at any more, they already thought I was weird for "looking at pictures of fuzzy bunnies"
I love the detail here, but most of all I am captivated by the expression and intensity this little guy is displaying.

:-pby MaryOComment: this was so fuzzy/adorable it made me burst into an audible chuckle at work, which then necessitated showing it to my office-mates who were wondering what I was laughing at, and getting some funny looks from them as to why I'm looking at pictures of fuzzy bunnies online.

How Many Spots Do You See?by Catherine_BComment: 1200x800 = 960,000 spots
add in the large splotches on the giraffes (avg of about 30 visible per giraffe) and you have 960,150
do I win the prize, like when you guess the jelly beans in a jar? ;) |
