I had the exact same idea, except the weather here was too cold to spend time outside to get it right for the minimal editing ruleset.

This is a good effort and the only thing I would have done differently is have the people "sell" the pose like they really were casting spells or beams from their hands.

Really wanted to score this higher, but felt the blurring effect was slightly overused. For myself, if that was dialed back a bit I could have easily given this a nine or a ten. Instead you get an eight.

I'm normally not a fan of your expert editing work, but usually they have a finesse about them this one is definitely lacking. I really think this is one of your weakest expert entries in a long while. Usually they're flawless in execution, this one seems somewhat haphazard in that category.

I'm not trying to be Negative Nancy over here, but I've seen much better. Really curious to know what you think.

edit - The shadows from the fire are off on the green dudes and whatnot. These are things you normally nail. I guess that what I'm trying to say in the above.

I thought this was Monica's since she's in the photo. Hence the comment I left. I rather liked the photo because it was different from the rest. Wasn't the standard fan and a person.
