My-Portraitby CoryComment: The hue is different on both side of the face. The right side looks illuminated with gels or halogens whereas the left side doesn't. I'd either tone down the gel colour on the one side or reflect more of it on the left to balance it out.
Because of the blue background, it actually looks like a hot/cold image with the colour gradient traversing the image. |

Men are pigsby MinsoPhotoComment: #1.
Without a doubt, my favorite of the challenge. I didn't get your entry for negative space, but this one is so much better.
It's eerie and creepy. Don't know what the ax is for, but I don't really care. Like most of these name your FS entry to the extremely loose challenge description, most entries were boring and derivative, this was not. This was a 180 turn from the rest and deserves a 10. |

Without the Humans, Nature Regeneratesby dahlinComment: This is what I had in mind with this challenge. Instead I took some pictures of nature, but am saving them for a challenge elsewhere. I don't know what the colour version of this photo looks like, but I'd be interested in seeing it. |

Planetary Rejuvenationby CoryComment: #3, tied with another.
Normally these abstract photos tank on my keyboard, but this is an exception. I like the chaotic yet orderly mess depicted. In almost any other challenge, I would have pushed this near the bottom. You benefited from my lack of enjoyment of the other entries. |

The cliched abandoned teddy bear. So cliched, that you're the only entry who did it. If sock monkey can't survive, what's the point of living? |

Is this a Tough Mudder?
Love the capture even though it doesn't fit the challenge. There will be detractors because the challenge is post, not during apocalyptic, but I don't care. |

White Noiseby IAmEliKatzComment: #1.
Whenever I see expert editing, I always know something which I don't like will win. So I always want to submit all black or all white images myself. I would have jacked this up to 11 if it was orange or red, some colour depicting fire. As is, I can only give it a 10. |

Candlelight Tango by gyabanComment: I would have ranked your edited version much lower because the trailing flames look ridiculous in my opinion.
But then again, you do this to please yourself, not me. |

my lifeby klkitchensComment: #3, tied with another.
Isn't it everyone's life? At least that's how I feel since I left school and got a career. It really does seem like there's a candle burning at both ends all the time. Kids don't help in this regard. |

Energy Saverby h2Comment: #3, tied with another.
It's a good shot with a good message. I'm always struggling to find lights which are energy saving, but also give off good light all the time. Now that they make LED light bulbs, instead of these crappy candlelit ones, I might have to upgrade. |
