i m glad photographers like yourself keep pushing the bar even if sometimes the constraints push against you.

I can remember times I've used my own poor craftsmanship as an excuse to not approach certain ideas rather than using the opportunity to better my own skills. I think works like this inspire to break out of that kind of thought-train.

i m really curious about the method for going from the relative blurred background to the clear, crisp look of the entry.

Do you go through a special sharpening/contrast process to get that clean look out of the water? If you don't mind sharing, i d be very intersted in learning the technique.
