Great idea, deserves a ribbon for its originality and quality, the only little flaws are the bright white areas (flags?) in the background, distracting enough.

Probably my prefered in this (excellent) challenge: it's a portrait, but dynamic; it's an almost classic pose, but so original too. Unexpected and funny.
I like their attitude too: happy, with something a bit sad beyond...human.
Your cropping is just perfect.

Very interesting.
The harsh light and extreme contrast would probably not work for a single portrait, but build really the composition here - and create between them an esthetic connection beyond their resemblance.
Their eyes are just a bit too dark, and therefore with less expression, but it's still a great job!
