Great point of view, great leading lines, nice contrast. We've got nice cloud cover, an empty street, and the man on the phone. There's a real story here, and that makes this shot work.

Love the shot. Not sure I get the connection between the photo and the title, but it doesn't take away from the photo. Were it me, I would have cropped a bit closer to remove some of the space on the right and get a bit closer to the interaction between the two men.
