A Portrait of An Artist by librodoComment: Oooh... I just love this shot. The background seems to be as important, somehow, as the subject is, and the point where the two meet is right where it needs to be. The lighting and clarity are awesome - this is an absolutely stunning photo. |

Flightby lousy_beatnikComment: This could have been vastly improved by some very minor colour editing to make the image less overwhelmingly blue - I otherwise like the composition, and it's a well captured action shot. With a bit of colour work, this would be a really cool picture. Nice job. |

Watching the seaby ergoComment: This image really has some great atmosphere to it. I would've liked to see a bit of burning in the sky and maybe a little dodging on the people, but regardless - great capture! The composition is wonderful, with the subjects taking up a surprisingly small amount of space and quite a bit of colour despite the shadows. |

Flower girlby pitsamanComment: I wish the flowers nearer the camera were in better focus, and that the subject's apparent attitude were a bit more in tune with the softness of the flowers - but, regardless, this is a well composed photo that is appealing. The flowers do frame her face nicely, and the lighting seems to be good. Nice work. |
