Looks like intentional camera shake. Not sure if I like it in this particular image though. Blurry and diffuse images should have a point behind it being this way. You may have one, but I'm having difficulties seeing it.

You've managed to set the mood and state of mind. Colors, DOF, the darker setting and everything else is perfect. I only wish the OOF piece on the far left wasn't there. Otherwise great. 9
