Silicone = dry hairby choppersComment: I would normally say this was oversharpened and too contrasty -- BUT, in this case, it really makes the "wetness" very prominent, and I like it. Proves that there are no hard-and-fast rules about processing... |

Non Laby bbrightComment: I don't expect that the DPC voting will treat this kindly, but it's one of my favorites from this challenge. You'll probably get lots of negative comments on the wide border, but I think it really makes it work well. The lighting is very subtle, very beautiful. |

The Trilbyby MAKComment: very "lock stock and 2 smoking barrels". |

Car Posing on Country Roadby riversongComment: Your perspective (standing, looking out at the horizon) and your DOF (short focus on the grass in the foreground) don't agree. The car lights draw attention to an area that is not within the DOF, which is an problem. If the perspective were low, where the grass were very prominent & in focus, it would make sense. |

Growing stonesby SimpaComment: The composition is somewhat static & lacking drama. Perhaps tilting the horizon could help. The duotone isn't working for me. |

Moolar Eclipseby BugzeyeComment: This would have been a cool pic if it were in focus. Good eye, work on the technical skills. |

Makaleha Fallsby psartComment: too small (use all 640 pixels), perhaps adding saturation will make the image pop better. It's a pretty place. |
