I think the background light is kinda cool ... but other than that, this one doesn't do it for me (pose, angle, composition, etc).

The placement of the lights on this one is just wrong. You're using two lights coming in from two different sides. This creates confusion by having shadows going in two different directions. I suggest you have one main light off to the side. And then the fill light you put right back where the camera is (up above but straight back). That way the fill light won't create shadows of it's own.

Nice shot. Watch the hand placement ... her left hand is a little awkward and her right hand looks huge and claw-like.

I like the directional lighting. Turning her upper body a little bit more to the side would have really taken advantage of that light.

Ya know... it's cool that she's "peaking through the G", but.... I think I'd prefer her face not to be covered by the letter. Other than that niggly detail, I think this is another awesome collage.
