Well, this is nice and all, but there isn't much to it. It's pretty scenery, but nothing to catch my eye. I'm mostly looking at the dark mass in the bright green, but it isn't enough to carry the load.

Walking Down His Own Street

I don't think you needed the selective desaturation here. My eyes keep going to his red phone. He's in focus enough and -more importantly- dynamic enough to draw attention without any trickery. Otherwise, this is a cool street scene. Good choice with the angle - makes it look like you snuck the shot with the camera at your hip (and maybe that's what you did).
