Beautiful capture of the texture in the wood. I really enjoy the muted yellow tones in this shot. Nice work! 8

The reflections in the eyes are a very pleasant surprise - like overhearing a secret. I think I would have cropped up just a tad to remove the slight shadow from the nose. The shallow DOF is very well used here. 8

Very strong and compelling image. The highlights in the glass vase give it that extra punch and the distortions of the leading help break up the predictability of the pattern. Lovely! 8

I like this shot quite a bit, but I would like to have seen the top 1/4 or 1/3rd cropped. Nice contrast. 7

Nice composition but the shadows coming of her noise and lip detract from the image. Instead of such strong lighting, I think a darker more moody setup would fit the title of your shot much better. 5

The town looks so perfect that it's bordering on surreal. Was a noise-reducing filter used on this shot? Some of the clouds look a little strange. The left side of the shot is the most interesting to me. I'd like to see it cropped to just include the left 2/3rds.

Lovely abstract. The bright spot in the front distracts me from all the texture on the sides, however. Noisy in the dark areas, but I know that can't always be helped depending on the camera. I think I would have perferred not such a tight crop so that the full oval of the main element could be seen. I'd also like to see more of the bead-like texture, as to me, that's the most interesting part of the shot. 5

Such a cute shot. I wish the focus was a little crisper, however. I think I would also like to have seen a tighter crop that was just the hands, face, and one foot. 5

I really enjoy the subject of your shot, it's a very unique way to shoot a nude. The sharpest focus in the shot, however, seems to be at her neck. I would have perfered a central point of focus or a deeper DOF. Tones are a little flat and I wish I could see the expression on her face. Overall, this gets a 7 from me. Good work.
