Fallen Leafby JIM_MOComment: This is a well focused image, unfortunatly for me the combination of the bright lighting and the dying leaf does not quite unite the photograp. I would prefer to see a softer light, which tries to compliment the decay. |

Little Buddhaby aimee_skittlesComment: This is a difficult shape and surface to photograph, as the light ofetn reflect of a number of different parts of the buda, as can be seen in your photograph. Unfortunatly this can be rather distracting. |

Channel Surfingby PixelstateComment: It would seem to me that the indecision is what to do with the controller; however this is much darker than the TV so you automatically look at the screen.
On trick to getting a better light balance with a TV in a room is to adjust the TV contrast down before taking the picture.

Bush...Heads: Kerry...Tails by GolferDDSComment: I like this. The idea is not unique in the challenge, and some have even used the same approach. Yours stands out from the rest because the use of your hand is more natural, and the lighting works well in this composition. |

Pasta choiceby GabrielComment: Placing the pasta centrally in the photograph, and parallel with the bottom gives a very static impression. A more dynamic result can be achieved by moving the pasta of centre (rule of thirds) and rotating the pasta on the diagonal. |
