This is a fabulous photo. I have a feeling you got knocked down because many people didn't perceive this to be a true silhouette.

I say knocked down, but I'd kill- okay maybe not kill, maybe throw a tantrum, to get 44 votes of 8+.

Looking into the falls

I have never been a big fan of waterfall shots in B&W. Although, this is a really good setting for one, the rocks add a real nice "texture" to the overall image, which is more or less why this would work as a good B&W image. The blown out spot at the top of the fall is very distracting, it was the first thing my eye went to when I pulled up the image- that might also be that I shoot alot of waterfalls and that is the most common spot I find my blowouts. I would be nice to see a little more detail in the fall itself.

Very well done. It took me a moment to pick up on "forced perspective." My first thought, and I hate to admit this, was "Wow, look at how real the red truck looks"
