Deadwoodby BujanxComment: If this was sharp this would be fantastic. Add in a bit of light on the background to get rid of the shadows and this would be in my top 10. |

Daddy's Homeby jhomrighausComment: First, I think your score was hurt by people that didn't think this was a still life. Now, on to the photo. A couple things jump out at me at first that I don't like. The background could be improved by removing the couch, I think a full white background would improve the image. The out of focus elements (primarily the child) would have been a bit better had they been a little more in focus. A bit more nit picky, I think the pile of stuff is a bit too much, it seems more like clutter to me. I probably would have gone with keys, phone and watch. Would any of this improved your score- I have no idea. |

IMG_3098 cropped sepia different.jpgby battymaddieComment: How does the train stay on the tracks at that angle?? I like the image, the pose is good- very casual fits in very well. My eye is drawn down the tracks and away from you (I am guessing self portrait). The sepia/brown tone suits it very well. |

Autumn Impressionsby cpanaiotiComment: Okay, I hate to say this, but when I saw the thumbnail I groaned a little. But, I was good and opened it to see the full image. I really like it, in fact its going into my favorites. It has a very surreal and abstract oil painting feel too it. Often times many of these blur shots have a look of more- I hit the shutter button while picking up my camera (I have a collection of my own of these). |

Arise from Flamesby aliquiComment: This is what nightmares are made of :) The detail on the spider is amazing. Tie that in with the fabulous bokeh, and this is a fabulous image. |

Painted Lady Butterflyby GeneralEComment: Whenever I try one of these I manage to end up with a silhouette. Excellent exposure and sharpness. The clarity is fantastic even at this resolution. |
