I really enjoy this. My only hangup with it is the lighting. I understand what you were going for but I don't know that is went there. the tones just aren't working right, your darkes are too dark and your highlights are a little blownout

I really love this capture. I wish you would have done a little more in pp. a levels/curves adjustment would take this so much farther. The image also appears to be oversharpened.

wow, I love the idea your going for here. I just don't think the lighting is perfect. the shadows are nice, but too dark.

wow! I really enjoy this image. I enjoy the line of the wood and the sky and I like that the dark clouds on the top right balace the wood out from the bottom left. I like the angle that the image is shot at.
my only real critique is I feel that the visual grounding point is a little weak. for me the ground is the top log of the three in the forground and I feel that it may be a little on the soft side when it comes to focus. I really enjoy the image overall though, a quick sharpen and it would bring it into the excelent catagory for me.
