Step by Stepby jjbeguinComment: I like your use of horizontal and diagonal lines, and how the couple as the only element breaking them in an upward movement. I think their position in the frame is well balanced. |

Asynchronous Transmutationsby jjbeguinComment: I enjoy the parallelism you created here between two natural phenomenes. It's interesting to compare them in terms of the emotions we associate with each. |

Skatingby arnitComment: A very interesting picture. It reminds me of Matisse's "La Danse". The award is well deserved. |

1642 - English Civil Warby FalcComment: Uh-oh...I need to check my stuff again. I have an exam on English history in two days and just can't remember what to do with this date. Shame on me.
Good picture. Lovely lighting and costumes. 9. |

The Swimby Prime_TimeComment: Interesting abstract. The shapes and colours work quite well, but the noise is very distracting. I think you could have applied NeatImage or similar without losing any of the image's quality, since it works without sharpness. 7.
It reminds me of a poem by e.e.cummings. Sorry, I can't find it anymore. PM me if you want me to mail it. |

What if...by heidaComment: A great image. I have nothing constructive to say. I like the dark tones in the wall with the blueish cast which clash against the bright white of the dress. The pose and the facial expression are subtle but powerful. 10. Adding to favs. |

Natures Colorsby dwolffComment: Your image lacks a pint of focus. There is no element the eye can concentrate on, and so your image results in a colourful chaos without composition. 3. |

Path to the mountby Mr TeeComment: This is a lovely image. What I like best is the way this looks like a scene from a painters workshop. The upper part looks like a canvas, with lovely light tones. The path and the dock lead the eye to the lower part of the image. The most interesting element of that part is the way it reminds me of a painter's palette, a blending and mixing of colours, splashed across the stones.
I also like the contrast between the fluid water and the cracked dry stones. 10. Adding to favs. |

Bloop!by JackoComment: Looks like one of Jacko's water series. Nice colour background and water shape. The lighting is okay, just the bright spots in the middle keep it from being perfect. The two in the water should be easy to clone out, the one in the glass is more difficult. 9. |
