Great use of B&W. Great action shot. Perfect composition. My only complaint is really not valid because it is purely in the eye of the beholder: the frame. The frame for me, is too heavy and distracting from an otherwise excellent photo. In my top 10 for this challenge. Question: Should the white fence in the back been absolutely horizontal? 9

Cutting the head off does not work well here. A tighter crop would help also because the rest of the photo does not hold much interest. I do the same thing- that is get excited about my main image and forget that the photo is comprised of foreground, background etc. All elements have to work together to support the main interest. Often hard to do, but tighter crops help alot. Good luck. 6
