Certainly stands out from the crowd of vinyl vs. CD entries. I love the reflection idea, so much better than just plonking them next to each other on the table and snapping away.

I don't like the border at all. I would like the head of the rusty screw to be in sharper focus and the extreme shallow DOF is a bit overdone for my liking.

I'll be blunt here. It is one of my pet hates when someone gives a photo the title of the challenge. Surely you could have come up with SOMETHING other than old & new.

The image itself is great. I love the lighting, very moody. The camera strap adds interest and colour. I love the picture on the phone too, it really adds to the theme.

One of the best 'old camera vs new camera' entries I have seen so far. Gets my 7, but would be an 8 if it weren't for that title, sorry!

My aim is to vote on every entry in this challenge. I've done 56% so far which is 137 images. I swear I'm seeing iPods in my sleep!!

What I mean by that is this is very similar to a number of other image but at least you had imagination enough to contrast the iPod with something other than a record.

I think that when your entry is similar to others it is much harder making it stand out from the crowd.
