Beachy Head by marboComment: Wow! I had no idea it was such a lovely spot!
My next Holiday spot, perhaps?
Excellent viewpoint, Wish it was square to see whats to the right, but very vertigo-inducing. (I hate standing at top of cliffs, feel like I am just going to fall down them, or that wind will push me off)
Must be very good shot, as I feel like that just looking at it
Congratulations and all the best for your future winners! |

Doomsday Power Conspiracy by TallblokeComment: Extremely good shot - glad it didn't hit the umbrella!
I wish I had taken it, but my only lightning shot was grey with a greeny lightning flash, and not a patch on this one.
If you keep this up, the sky's the limit - (sorry about that)
Very well deserved

French Tulip Netby banmornComment: This looks like a winner!
Brilliant colours, lovely saturation, excellent work with getting the drops just right!
The sort of photo I wish I had taken, but would never be inventive enough!
Best of luck with the challenge |

So you want the World on a spoon? by TechoComment: Very Cute image!
It must have been a very clear glass ball, and you have the contrast, lighting, and focus well on!
Well done, and good luck in the challenge |

Just Fishin'by dahkotaComment: Very crisp thinking here.
Are they individual waterdrops on a glass shelf over a bath or a pattern of fishes on something?
Who care, for it is a very nice way to show refraction through water, and the duck adds to the theme. I love the composition here too!
I suspect a touch more contrast would just bring the duck and the sparkles to even better life here.
Good luck with this challenge, |

Refractionby remarshComment: Nice use of light, and composition is good. I imagine a wooden table top is what we are looking at.
I like the image, and wish you well with it |

Sunglasses - Here's Lookin at you!by kahtavaComment: Lovely dewdrops, Like the violet light glowing round the drops!
My personal feeling is that I would have enhanced the colours more, and used something like the starburst filter to exaggerate the light.
I didn't immediately see the sunglasses, but then realised the drops are 'wearing' a pair each, so I apologise for being a bit slow. It's the refracted scene inverted from behind the subject which has produced them - an inventive thing to do.
Wish you well with your entry |
