Validated? Why did this need to be validated? I have always wanted to try this. Looks like the north star was in a good spot and give a great circular feel.

What a great shot, the long lens adds a lot of drama as well. To bad you didn't find him here when the sun was a bit higher in the sky.

There are 2 very strong elements here that compete for attention. My eye keeps going back and forth between the the Mushroom and the Mantis and I find it hard to focus.

Everything seems to centered, but there looks to be some nice fall colors. You should have used that to your advantage and included some of the surroundings as well.

I don't like the processing on this, plus Jack was looking through an ax cut. The real interesting thing to me is the way the light falls on the frame, if the bottom left corner was lit a bit better it would be great. 5

Even though the little girl in the doorway adds a lot of interest the exact side view of the musicians is bothersome. Even if the picture was taken a few more degrees head on this would have been much better. I love her expression as well as the little boy. 6

Very nice B&W, has great tonal range. The placement of the bails in the frame fits well, the sky may be a little burned, but nice photo.

Very nice picture and works well in B&W. I don't care much for the brush in the bottom left but here we are and the processing helps make up for that. Over all very nice.

Fall Reflections

The horizon seems too be to centered and I'm not sure if the tree on the right really adds anything to the photo. It looks like a great day at the lake to take pictures and I think if you could have found a place on the shore where you could have taken better advantage of the fall colors, reflection, as well as the mist on the water you would have had a better entry. I̢۪m being picky here because it looks like a great spot, so please take my comments for what they are worth. Best of luck 6
