For me, this image is empty space and cluttered space. I think, if you got rid of some of the cluttered space, this would be a much stronger 'minimalist' image.

You've captured the full tonal range - though the blown out clouds for white is kind of cheating. ;) I'm not a fan of the composition - I keep wanting to turn towards the right a little to have the poles running down the side of the image. I don't think the way they cross half the image and then fade away really 'says' anything.
