The Old Phone Boothby ContraComment: I like the processing and grittiness. I think the lights at the top are an element that gives this one some oomph to move it out of the ordinary into something interesting. |

One down, one to goby agrimaceComment: I wonder if cropping the brick out would have made this image more striking. Something about the brick doesn't work for me. I like the symmetry a lot though. |

honeby banmornComment: This "hone" has seen a lot of use/abuse and has character so I think you picked a good subject. I like the bike in the reflection. If there was a way to avoid the ".ry leaning" text in the window I think that would be a bonus. |

A Dying Lifestyle by angkokwengComment: Great creative angle, I really like the texture of the cord and the snake like quality it suggests. |

At the Officeby aircooledguyComment: I really like this one. The title and composition work well together. I fear it won't be pretty enough for many DPC voters but appreciate that it tells a story and isn't simply eye candy. |

Moving with Technologyby Silent-ShooterComment: The first thing that draws me in are the colors. The blurred traffic going by suggests the future moving on while the old standby phone stands patiently - ready if someone has a breakdown. |

Old Reliables by tvsometimeComment: Good choice of depth of field and desaturation. I like how the subject is isolated. |

Sanctuaryby wiesenerComment: My favorite of the challenge - love the contrast of colors to the snow and the sunlight streaming in. Has a surreal feel to it without being over the top.
Great job! |
