This seems a bit underexposed. Maybe the automatic exposure meter on the camera was tricked by the brightness of the scene. I like the composition. The curve of the road is really nice and takes your eye right into the picture.

Did you change the color of her blouse to match the door? I like the limited color palette, but the color of the blouse feels a bit fake. I like the composition.

What I like about the image is that there are only three "colors" - red, black and white. What I think could be improved is that the lighting is uneven. It is darker on the left-hand side. I don't like the bright reflection in the glass. If you had placed some black card on the right-hand side, that might have resulted in a black edge to the glass on the right as well as on the left and made the glass look more symmetrical. Lastly, the crop of the top of the glass seems a little tight.

I think it would have been cool to have those pills arranged in a heart shape. Came back for another look. It took a while but finally I SEE it. I think the cluster of pills at the top of the heart threw me off.
