The reason this probably didnt do as well as it should of is because of the restrictions on size on challenge pictures - I bet blown up to fullsize this looks phenomenal.. one of my favorites in the challenge.

You have probably heard it before, but this is similar to the creature from Pans Labyrinth - great idea, great processing - gotta be a top 5 image at least. 9 from me!

After viewing the others coming back to update this to a 10 and I reckon this is in the running for a ribbon. Great work.

Love the aging of the photo in this one, it add heaps of atmosphere to the overall image, maybe adding some noise in would of been even better? This is actually rather creepy. Nice one!!

EDIT - After finishing voting I am coming back to this one. I know its a cheap effect but it reminds me of all those faked ghost images from yesteryear. Gonna update this to a 9.
