One Day of Beautyby LouiseBComment: 9 - Wow. This is very nice. The color combination is beautiful. The 'golden' anthers stand out, and for me, would be perfect with a touch more detail/focus. A very warm photograph, good focal points. A slight distraction down the very base of the stamens, the 'darkness', otherwise just about perfect. Very nice. |

Untitledby KatheComment: 8 - Again, another photo good enough that it doesn't matter if it has a title or not. For me though, a slightly different angle (to the left where the focal point is sharpest) would make this a much better photograph. More detail on those drops on the stamen would be nice. The stigma is out of focus, so perhaps crop that out, as the 'mushroom' like 'anthers' do look good. A fraction more focus on those main points perhaps. The shadow of the stamens is nice and again, if the picture were 'nudged' to the right a fraction, they would be the 'stars' of this picture. Very nice though and good colors. |

Green Dragon by md8speedComment: 9 - Yeah. This is why I had to vote (even via comments) on the Macro Challenge. There is nothing like a macro perspective. This photo is very near perfect. Okay, perhaps a little straightening, the two ahh antennae? in focus more, a more uniform background, a touch less shine on the 'snout', I don't know. Very good macro. Great perspective. Good colors. |

Sea Shellby lawreeComment: 6 - This is nice, and a little intriguing. I am not sure if the red is natural. For me, would be better a little closer, a slightly different angle/perspective and a finer focus. |

Knightby esdarbyComment: 6 - Nice, but for me would be better with more 'fore focus' and although the base ads an 'element', the background is a little distracting. |

In the Cloverby TallblokeComment: 9 - Ohh, wow. Wonderful colors. Great shot of the flower. Good shot of the bee. For me the flowers actually dominate this picture, which draws my attention away from the lack of fine detail in the bee. Very nice photo. More detail on the bee maybe, but then you might lose the flower. Love the detail there in the centre of the 'flower'. You have made clover look very pretty and captured its character extremely well. Now I am wondering about 'pp' (re colors). I will come back to see how you did this. |

Spokesby ArcanistComment: 6 - I like this, however, focus on the fore of the tire, removing that little bit of background top left, a slight recentering, would make it better for me. |
