You needed a little more light on this shot (IMO). More light would have reduced the grain and produced a more silky texture to the skin. Just my view. :-)

Great capture! Adorable child! Perfect lighting - produces the right shadows, keeps the rich colors - great focus on the eyes. Nicely done! Whatever's next to her (cat?) is a little distracting - but not much you can do with a capture like this.
