Beautiful colouring on the leaves. Unfortunate that the ground is a bit drab in comparison, but still a well composed, strong shot.

Haven't seen any IR on here for a while so this is very welcome. Very nicely done, in both execution and processing. I love how the daffs(?) in the foreground look like they're made of plastic!

The big problem I see here is the lighting. It's way too harsh, so what should be a beautiful brown feather texture has become extremely bright and blown out in places. Also a touch more depth to get all the beak in focus would be nice.
The good side is that you got the focus on the eye, right where it should be, and the composition/framing of the shot is excellent. Gotta love those out of focus reflections off the water in the background too.

Lovely shot, though the apparent vignette bothers me slightly. If it is natural then blame the dodge-n-burn-everything-to-heck crew, but I'm still not keen on it.
The center of attention though is beatifully captured in an excellent pose and with a superb blurred background. Great title to draw attention to the tail too : )
