My eye tries to bring things into focus, which makes it hard to look at.
It may be the result of your lens bokeh.

excellent water shot, exposure time is very effective. The light grass upper left is a weak element, I would adjust it to the shades in the lower right, after the challenge.

Great bird shot, love the raptors. I think the demonstration of motion is hurt by the fact that there's no reference points in the frame. Also soaring isn't the most dramatic activity.

I'm a big black cat fan, have lived with two.
I think the shot is just too contrasty for my tastes
Not to be too harsh, but he's pretty much a black blur on a blown background. I think because the pillow does intrude at his leg, I want more background, more context. Also I'm really uncertain about his bells and whistles. Hope this helps.
