The eyes are the most important part of the face and they are in focus. I just wish the rest of his face and arms were also in focus. I would have rated the photo higher.

What I especially liked about this photo is that all of your subject is in focus. The background is not distracting. The look on his face is open, the texture of his shirt has character. It makes you wonder about who he is and what he is thinking. That is what a good photograph does. It captures your attention with it's subject and makes you want a little more information.
