The Right Profile - The Clashby LVicariComment: I don't know if it is caused by the camera angle, but his head seems too small for his body. The lighting and post-processing are great, so I'm giving it an 8. Good luck! |

Lips of an Angel - Hinder by peterComment: I think you are going to get beat up at DPC for over processing. I've done a few photos in this style and I love it. It is a great portrait to start with, and the processing matches the song title very well. 10 from me! |

Sweet Child O' Mineby scalvertComment: Beautiful portrait. Kid's portraits usually take a beating at DPC. I think this image has enough appeal (lots of it) to get beyond that. 10 from me! |

Eyes That Have Seenby acoppolaComment: His appearance with (cataracts???) immediately makes this photo interesting. It would be so easy for this to come across as a snapshot of a most interesting individual. The plastic lawn chair, dirty t shirt, etc lends this image to being plain, with the exception of his eyes. However, your even lighting and post processing of his skin really makes the image, and builds character beyond his eyes. It would appear that there is a slight halo around his hair, on the wood surface. I don't know if this is natural, or a soft layer mask, but everything else is flawless. A 10 from me... |

She's a Gemby scottiehamComment: I'm not a bird photographer, but I have tried and I have a couple of nice shots. I've got just enough experience to realize how hard it is. This capture is absolutely amazing in it's detail, and lighting. You must have had a great overcast day for this photo. No glare spots on the beak or feathers, which is near impossible to control. Well done, 10 from me! |

More Marblesby dahvedComment: First of all, I'm a huge marble fan. I have shot marbles in many different ways, but not this way. I imagine you might get some comments not liking the motion blur. I love the way it shows motion in a still photo. I've seen prettier marble photos, but I love your concept and execution. 10 from me! |

Paper wavesby aKiwiComment: If you've seen one cool colored paper shot, you've seen em all... well, except for this one. I think it is the composition you have created with the shapes and the red ball that appeals to me. The colors are great, 10 from me! |
