Having just kites against sky isn't a very engaging image for me. Choosing an angle where both the kites and the people flying them were in view (such as when the kites are just going up so they're still near enough to see well) might have been more visually interesting. Nice color, though, and I like the slight motion blur.

I'm not bothered by a basic black or white border, but the orange edging you've got here really detracts, imo. I understand, though, that you were trying to pick up the color from the writing on the bottle to help it pop.
