I like the seperation caused by the depth of field but the main subject just doesn't hold much visual interest due to lack of detail. Nice colors

Nice textures and DOF. I wonder if they eyes could be made to pop a bit more though. The one on the left especially seems to blend into the dark fur.

Nice timing on this capture. My only suggestion would have been less depth of field. It may have helped seperate the subject from the background. Very nice as is though.

Nice soft capture of a pensive moment. I like the lighting and the juxtaposition of the white curtain with the dark shadow. I wonder if the shadows were lightened just enough to bring some detail in her hair if this would have been even better. Well done.

Would have been a nice entry for the silhouette challenge. Nice leading line to the fisherman but I think he may be a bit too deep into the background for me. If he was placed at the 1/3 horizontal position it might have been better. Not just becaue of the rule of thirds but also because he would have stood out as a larger element of the photo. Still very nice as is.
