Beautiful location! Where is it? I'm especially impressed with the clarity of the water and that you were able to capture so much of that. I like the centering of the cave so there is the contrast of the beach/rock and the sky/water in symmetry. GREAT SHOT!

I echo what the others have said about your photo. As for your story, there's not much more to say other than I suggest at least two weeks worth of emergency food and water. Look how long it took emergency responders to reach Katrina victims. Definitely keep more food and water in storage. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. It helps to make us all more aware. I especially liked that your face was tilted up, which gives your photographic tribute a sense of hope as well as honor. It was also nice to see someone on DPC remembering 9/11. Nicely done!
