Great location, my only criticism would be that the water is blown in a few places. Not really sure if you could work around that with a single exposure though. Otherwise, comp and exposure are good.

I would go with 2 light sources here, and shoot with a different background. The black with some stuff still there doesnt work.

Have you ever checked out Wheels and Wax? There isnt a better resource on the web for action sports photography. You know the masses at DPC like your wake stuff, why not see what the photo editors and pro wake photogs think of it?
