Actually 4 guard cells...tee hee! Nice microscopic view of a couple of stomates. Would work well in a biology textbook, unfortunately many of the DPC voters will not appreciate this type of photo. Nevertheless, I like it, and look forward to more like it. (btw, did you do the onion cells photo?)

Wow, what beautiful brown eyes. I really like how he is looking right into the camera. And the tight shot with the way you cropped some of his head out works so well, too. IMO, this photo would be much better without "Thomas", as this should really be all about the little boy!

I like the contrast of the blues with your whites here. I might have cropped out a bit more of the foreground, as I think that the bridge is the real focal point here.

Aurora! This is so beautiful. I wonder how much you had to bump up the saturation on this. Well done - one of my favs in this challenge.

The texture created by the noise in this photo adds a lot of interest. I also like the effect of the shadows on her back.

I like your title - very fitting. IMO, this would be much more about her and not her gown if you could have captured her expression in the mirror.

I like the expression that you have captured. The eyes (iris and pupil) need to be much clearer however; I think post-processing altered their appearnace.

This looks like you could reach out and ruffle those feathers. Really like the shallow DOF. Excellent work!

I like the placement of your subject between the names - great title. I think that the foreground should be cropped at least to the horizontal concrete area.

I like the composition of this scene. The birds (what are they, by the way?) add the right amount of visual interest without detracting from the mist-covered water. Very nice.
