Probably I'd do some less elaborate frames to draw more attention to the beauty of the flowers ... that may be a personal taste though.

This is a very nice shot with a great perspective! The sky with its evening light (just assuming ...) has a nice color. How about using your flash! Although I'd only use it if you are not too close. Play a bit with it and see what results it'll give you.

I never used any flash over the years, and it still feels awkward as i don't know how to control the settings too well, but it can give you astonishing results.
