Ha ha ha, Mark - I love your comments.

On one hand, I want to say: "Don't worry about it". My husband is a VERY intelligent man, but he can't spell to save his life. I can spell, but I rarely proofread and usually have plenty of typos. So....... many of us are guilty of this, and perhaps it shouldn't matter???? (sorry..... I don't believe that last one myself)

On the other hand, spelling is so terribly important!!!! Errors jump out at me, bite me on the nose, and don't let go. Worse still when it involves "permanent words" (if you know what I mean), rather than just a typed chat that is forgotten minutes later.

Having said all that, I was sitting on the fence about your score. I couldn't do a half point, so the spelling errors pushed me to the lower score, but I did not suddenly dish out a very low score just because of spelling errors.

Good luck with the spell checkers...... they can only do so much for us.

I gave you an 8, but I had to force myself to act like I had NOT seen this very same image/scene at least 1942 times before. It is an amazing location, and for all I know, this might have been the first time YOU saw and captured it.

Oh my.... I didn't vote on this challenge. However, I am crying at your image. Hopefully, my tears are wasted, because your dog is perfectly fine in your hands. But I am very much a dog person, and your powerful image could possibly portray your beloved pet's last moments. I am deeply moved. I am VERY much hoping your dog is simply sleeping contently. Lovely, emotive photography.

The style of this image/processing is NOT my usual "cup of tea". In other challenges, I might have rolled my eyes and moved on.
However, for THIS topic, something I'd normally dislike a lot, moved me enough to award an 8!!!!!! I still don't like it as a photograph, but I adore it for this challenge. Well done because it fits so well in my opinion.
